Russell is a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director with European experience. He has successfully lead commercial teams in sales, category management, trade marketing, marketing and sales operations giving him an excellent understanding of the complete commercial process. He also has experience of general management including global sourcing and is an expert at breaking down departmental ‘silo’ mentality to aid the end-to-end supply chain process. Russell has worked for Coca-Cola, Carlsberg, Dunlop-Slazenger, Hozelock and IBM. Qualifications are a BSc (Hons) and an MSc from Loughborough University.
Training, consultancy and interim clients to date include Kimberly Clark, Homebase, SABMiller, Bayer, Slotz, Sony and Advanced Visual Technology. A current venture involving selling to the DIY sector keeps Russell's commercial edge sharp.
